Base metal :3mm ~ 40mm
Carbon content range: 3.0 ~ 5.5%
Alloy layer of chromium is as high as 23 ~ 40%.
High hardness and uniform distribution, hardness HRC58-65.
Weld bead Pattern: straight, wave, zig zag.
Process: Submerged arc and open arc welding
Crack: evenly distributed crack or NO CRACK 
Microstructure of Cr7C3 carbide volume fraction is 50% or more.
Uniform layer thickness, tolerance range 0-0.5mm.
High abrasive resistance, by 5~6 times than heat treating wear steel.
Super large size: hardfacing area 2200*3600mm.
Special chemical composition or application (high impact resistant and high temperature resistant) can be customized.
